Undergraduate Research Conference
URC Overview
The Charlotte Undergraduate Research Conference (URC) is a university-wide showcase of research projects completed by undergraduate students of all levels from all colleges and departments in the university. The URC is sponsored by the Office of Undergraduate Research, Academic Affairs, the Honors College, the Division of Research, and the Levine Scholars program. The tabs at the bottom of the page will guide through submission information, participant information, award information, and the conference agenda, among other aspects of the URC.
During the submission process students are asked to confirm faculty approval of the students’ research projects and abstracts. Shortly after the submission deadline, faculty may be contacted to confirm the student’s status. The work presented can range from in-class projects to year-long honors theses and everything in between.
The URC is available virtually through the Symposium system. View the 2025 URC Symposium page and the OUR Flickr to see presentations and photos from past URC events!
