OUR Research Scholar: Federal Work Study

The Office of Undergraduate Research will provide undergraduate research positions in the Fall and Spring semesters through the Federal Work Study (FWS) program up to the maximum of the student’s FWS award during an academic year (typically $1500-$4000).

Restrictions:

  1. Must be an undergraduate Charlotte student during the academic year.
  2. Must be eligible for the Federal Work-Study program.
  3. Students must be undergraduates enrolled in at least 6 hours.
  4. FWS can only be utilized for academic year purposes.
