You will need to have your poster already formatted to the correct size in a PDF format. Students should design their poster to be oriented horizontally or vertically as a 32″ x 40″ poster using the Charlotte approved templates.

Printing:
FedEx – This should be the primary option for poster printing for conferences. They have a large capacity for poster prints, but due to volume increases before conferences you should always plan for at least 1-2 business days to accommodate printing your poster. FedEx also operates off-campus locations and may have capacity off site as well.
Library– The Library’s Area 49 Maker Space should only be considered as a secondary option. Area 49 is unable to support high-volume requests, and large format printing capacity can vary by day. We may be able to handle 0 print requests or up to 4, and requests may be limited or on hold, particularly during busy periods, such as events, semester crunch times, and times of heavy Makerspace use, or due to low stock.
